Effortless Medical Condition Tagging
Our auto-tagging system now streamlines the identification and categorization of medical conditions across documents using the most recent Rating Decision Codesheet. By automatically identifying medical conditions related to veterans’ disability claims, auto-tagging removes much of the manual burden from your team’s workload, allowing for greater focus on case strategy.
Accurate and Consistent Tagging: Auto-tagging is applied based on the recent Rating Decision Codesheet and only when no other documents are flagged as needing review or processing.
Automatic Tag Updates with New Rating Decision Codesheet: When a new Codesheet is added and it is the most recent document, the system automatically updates tags, re-mapping facts to ensure your data reflects the latest information. This helps maintain consistency across case documents, preventing any potential oversight.
These improvements to auto-tagging significantly reduce time spent on manual processes and enhance the accuracy of fact categorization, making it easier for legal teams to work efficiently and confidently.

New Document Class Filter: We’ve added a search-enabled document class filter that allows you to quickly sort and find the exact document type you’re looking for. With this feature, document navigation has become faster, making it easier to organize and manage case files.
