Range Picker Update, Document Classification Workflow Improvements, Incorporation of Fact Details, AI Enhancements, and Bug Fixes

Hi all! We’re excited to share the latest updates to CaseScribe. Our focus continues to be on enhancing the user experience, refining our AI capabilities, and squashing any bugs along the way.

Range Picker Update

We’ve added new functionality to the date range picker to make your interactions smoother:

  • Reset and Apply Buttons: You now have the option to reset your date selections or apply them immediately, giving you more control and flexibility.
This enhancement applies when filtering documents using the document date on the Documents tab, as well as when filtering facts using the fact date and document date on the Case Facts tab.

Document Classification Workflow

To further streamline the document classification process, we’ve introduced the following updates:

  • Pop-up List for Classification: After selecting a document type, choosing the correct document classification is now easier with a pop-up list that presents you with options directly within your workflow.

  • N/A Option: If you’re unsure about the document classification, simply select the N/A option to move forward without hesitation.

Incorporation of Fact Details

We are rolling out a new feature that enhances the extraction and presentation of detailed facts within your cases:

  • Comprehensive Fact Extraction: This update includes a more extensive extraction of facts, such as detailed lists of service connections, decisions, explanations related to claims, and more. This ensures that all relevant information is clearly presented and easy to reference.

  • Improving AI: Over the next few weeks, we will be updating the fact summarization to continually improve the accuracy and detail of the information captured especially in medical records. Notice gradual improvements as these updates are applied, leading to more precise and comprehensive case summaries.

Bug Fix: Date Picker

We’ve addressed an issue where the date picker was displaying incorrect dates. This has been resolved, ensuring accurate date selection going forward.

We hope these updates improve your experience with CaseScribe. Stay tuned for more enhancements as we continue to evolve and refine the platform.
