Updated over a month ago

We’re excited to announce some updates designed to improve your experience with CaseScribe. This release includes a redesigned case facts interface, expanded fact text display, page range option, and more. These updates are aimed at refining your workflow and making it easier to manage and review case files.

New Document and Case Facts Screen Design

The Document and Case Facts Screen has been given a fresh new look, making it easier to review, edit, and categorize key case details. With a cleaner layout and more intuitive controls, navigating through facts and documents is now more seamless than ever.

Expanded Fact Text Display

You now have the option to toggle fact details with the "Expand Rows" button located at the upper right of the Case Facts screen. Switching this on allows you to expand the fact details for easier visibility. Switching it off will hide the expanded details, keeping the view compact and organized, giving you flexibility based on your review needs.

Page Range Selection for Document Annotations

We’ve added flexible options for selecting page ranges when annotating documents. You can now choose to refer to:

  • The entire document,

  • A specific page, or

  • A range of pages.

This gives you greater control over which sections of a document you want to focus on, making document review more precise.

Merging Claim Flow Tags with Tags

As part of our simplification efforts, we’ve removed Claim Flow Tags and merged them with the existing Tags system. Any existing Claim Flow Tags made by users have been seamlessly integrated into the new Tags structure, ensuring that all your classifications and facts remain intact while improving ease of use.

We're continuously working behind the scenes to make CaseScribe even better. In the coming updates, you can expect significant improvements in website usability and more advanced features to help streamline the tagging and classification of veterans' claims. Our goal is to ensure that you have the best possible tools to manage and review case files efficiently. Stay tuned for more updates, and thank you for being a part of the CaseScribe community!
