Export Center
We've heard everyone loud and clear. Our users want the optionality to use CaseScribe but also get their information into other systems and/or archive info. We've enhanced the export options to include the following:
Export a combined PDF of all docs in a claim file
Export individual docs organized in folders by type

UI Enhancements
We've made several small but hopefully helpful UI updates.
Remember Filters When Moving between Tabs
If you set filters on case facts or documents, we now remember them if you move from one tab to the other.
Switching Document Details and PDF Viewer
We watched as many people who wanted to open a PDF but were clicking on the name to open rather than the icon.
One-click to apply tags and claim flow
You can now click to apply a tag and then the selection window will close. No need to click away to get it to close.
Improving AI
We have continued to improve AI classification and summarization. We have some big changes underway to keep getting better.
