2026-03-27 Release Notes

Updated today

This update focuses on fixing key workflow issues and improving search accuracy. We’ve also added AI support to help you get answers faster.

Here’s what’s new:

More Reliable Document Processing

We’ve improved how CaseScribe handles temporary processing errors. The system now automatically retries when issues occur, resulting in:

  • Fewer processing errors

  • More consistent document handling

  • A smoother overall experience when working with large uploads

Improved Client Search

Searching for clients is now more flexible and accurate.

You can now search using:

  • First name (e.g., “John”)

  • Last name (e.g., “Smith”)

  • Full name (e.g., “John Smith”)

Search also works regardless of order (e.g., “Smith John”).

More Reliable Fact Data

We’ve improved how CaseScribe handles fact dates to prevent issues during exports.

  • Facts will no longer be saved without a date

  • Missing dates are now automatically filled using the document date when needed

This ensures more consistent data and smoother exports.

New: Built-in AI Support (Fin AI)

You can now ask questions directly inside CaseScribe using Fin AI, available in the lower-right corner of your Casescribe screen.

  • Get instant answers while working in your case

  • CaseScribe team members can also jump in anytime to support you further.

This makes it easier to get help, faster.

This update is all about reliability, accuracy, and faster support — fewer workflow interruptions, better search, and immediate help when you need it.
