This release includes improvements to document upload reliability, ongoing performance work for search, and a formatting update to improve LLM page range accuracy during fact extraction.
1. Improved LLM Page Range Accuracy via Updated Page Break Formatting
We’ve updated how page breaks are marked in OCR data to improve accuracy when extracting facts from documents using large language models (LLMs).
This change is intended to help the model more reliably identify where a fact starts and ends especially in longer medical records.
2. Search Performance Under Heavy Load
We’ve observed slower response times and occasional 502 errors in the search feature due to increased usage and demand across the platform, particularly in global search feature.
Our team is actively working to improve stability and response times to better handle peak usage.
3. File Upload Improvements and Limitations
We’ve made several updates to improve upload reliability and set clearer system limits:
If an upload fails due to connection issues, firewall restrictions, or other factors, users can now retry or remove individual files from the UI.
Uploads that exceed 1 hour will automatically fail. Users will need to re-upload all documents.
Uploads are limited to a maximum of 1,000 files at a time and 500 MB per file.
These changes aim to improve upload consistency and provide clearer feedback when errors occur.
