CaseScribe now automatically detects duplicate documents when uploading updated VA files and prevents unnecessary duplicates.
Index updates: If a duplicate file is detected, its index number is updated instead of creating a new entry.
Backup storage: A hidden backup of the newly uploaded version is saved.
Cleaner case files: Duplicate files won’t appear in your case, keeping things organized.
2. Real-Time AI Processing Notifications
No more guessing when AI processing is happening—CaseScribe now provides live status updates during key operations.
See system activity in real-time:

3. Success Notifications Limit
