We’re excited to share the latest CaseScribe updates designed to make your workflow smoother and more efficient. This release focuses on enhancing document management, improving case visibility, and saving you time with smarter automation. From automatic duplicate detection and combined rating display in the case summary to better document tracking and persistent view settings, these updates are all about making case reviews faster and easier.
1. Automatic Detection of Duplicates
The system now automatically detects duplicate documents and groups them as one.
Choose your preferred document: Select which document appears on top of the group.
Remove duplicates easily: You can also remove documents from duplicate groups.
2. Combined Rating in Case Summary
View the combined disability rating directly in the Case Summary for a complete case overview. The rating is clearly labeled and easy to find.
3. Document Index Numbers as Display Name
We’ve added index numbers as part of the display name in the Document Review section so you can quickly identify and reference documents without confusion.
4. Improved Document Title Visibility
The Fact Timeline and Tag View now display longer document titles without being cut off, making important document titles easier to view at a glance.
5. Persistent Filters and Views
Your filters, view settings, and sorting preferences in the Facts tab now stay saved—even when switching between tabs—saving you time and clicks.
We’re always working to enhance your experience. Let us know how we can help!
