Updated over a week ago

We’re excited to introduce several new features and improvements designed to streamline your case management workflow. This release includes enhanced export options, improved document handling, and refined user interface updates to boost productivity and ease of use.

Export Enhancements

Word Document Export:

Users can now export Word document option! This can also be helpful for IME (Independent Medical Examination) purposes, containing all relevant facts neatly organized into a table.

Document Navigation Enhancements

Auto-scroll to Source Document in the Documents Table:

Navigating to source documents just got smoother. Now, when you click on a document icon from the case facts table, the document is highlighted and will automatically be centered on the screen within the documents table. We’ve added functionality to load the document automatically, so you no longer need to scroll manually. If the document is still loading, a "loading" icon will be displayed to let you know the process is underway.

Documents Table Icon to Open PDF Viewer:

Clicking the document icon in the documents table now opens the PDF viewer directly, allowing you to view the document. You have also the option to click on the file name of the document to open the document.

UI and User Experience Improvements

"Close" Button (X) in Case Facts Screen:

To make editing case facts more intuitive, we’ve added an “X” button to the far-right side of the menu bar when you're in Edit Mode in the Case Facts Grid. This button allows you to close the fact currently being edited and return to the default grid view, streamlining your workflow and providing an easy way to exit edit mode.

Total Pages Column in Documents Table:

We've added a new "Total Pages" column in the documents table, giving you quick access to the total number of pages for each document. This addition makes it easier to identify documents that may require further inspection, such as those that contain an unusually high or low number of pages.

We hope these updates make your CaseScribe experience even better and help you work more smoothly. We’re always working to improve the platform, and we can’t wait to bring you more exciting features soon. Thanks for being a part of our community!
