This release introduces a brand-new Exports Center, a powerful new Fact-Indexed PDF Export, and several improvements to make exporting and organizing case information easier and more reliable.
Here's what's new:
New: Exports Center
We've introduced a dedicated Exports Center where you can manage and download your exports in one place.
Instead of waiting on a file to finish generating, exports now process in the background and appear in the Exports Center when they're ready.
With the new Exports Center, you can:
View all of your export requests in one place
Track export status as they process
Download completed exports when they're ready
Quickly return to the originating case from an export
See request details such as client, case, export type, and request time
Exports remain available for a limited time before expiring.
New: Fact-Indexed Combined PDF Export
We've added a new export format designed to make reviewing evidence significantly easier.
The new Fact-Indexed Combined PDF places a fact index at the beginning of the exported PDF, followed by the supporting source documents.
Each fact includes:
Fact date
Fact text
Associated tags
Referenced page numbers
Page references are clickable, allowing reviewers to jump directly from a fact to the supporting evidence within the same PDF.
This creates a single, self-contained review packet that combines both the fact chronology and the underlying source documents in one file.
When exporting click the set of facts you want to upload the choose "Case Facts and Files + Combined File + Fact-indexed combined PDF"
Fixed: Ask AI Tag Creation
We've fixed an issue where creating a brand-new tag from the "Tag Referenced Facts" action in Ask AI could fail in certain situations.
You can now:
Create new tags directly from Ask AI responses
Apply newly created tags to referenced facts immediately
Combine existing and new tags in the same tagging action
This makes it easier to organize and categorize facts directly from your AI-assisted workflows.
This update is all about streamlining review workflows and making exports more useful, helping you move from facts to supporting evidence faster and with fewer clicks.
