2026-06-01 Release Notes

This release improves how CaseScribe handles ratings history, strengthens session reliability, speeds up navigation, and makes Ask AI more aware of your team's review work.

Here's what's new:

Improved Code Sheet Rating History

CaseScribe now supports conditions with multiple ratings and effective dates.

When a condition's evaluation changes over time, the Case Summary will display the full rating history instead of only showing a single rating. This provides a more complete picture of how disability evaluations have changed throughout the life of a claim.

The latest rating will continue to be used throughout the platform where a current evaluation is needed.

Ask AI Now Understands Fact Comments

Ask AI can now recognize when facts have comments and can read those comments when you ask about them.

This helps the AI understand team annotations, reviewer notes, and follow-up questions while maintaining a clear separation between evidence and commentary.

Important behavior:

  • Ask AI can see when a fact has comments

  • Comments are only read when relevant or when you ask about them

  • Comments are treated as annotations, not evidence

  • Comments are not cited as facts or counted as evidence

  • Comment authorship is preserved, allowing the AI to distinguish between your comments and those made by teammates

This gives Ask AI better awareness of your team's review process without confusing comments with the underlying record.

Improved Session Stability

We've made several improvements to authentication and session handling to reduce unexpected sign-outs and session interruptions.

Users returning to CaseScribe after a break should experience more reliable access to their cases, documents, and shared content without unnecessary re-authentication.

Faster Case Summary Loading

We've optimized how Case Summary data is loaded, resulting in faster navigation when moving between Facts and Case Summary pages.

This helps reduce waiting time and makes it easier to move between different areas of a case.

This update is all about clarity, speed, and smarter collaboration β€” giving you better visibility into rating history, more context-aware AI assistance, and a faster, more reliable experience throughout CaseScribe.

β€” The CaseScribe Team
