Edited Facts Are Now Protected from Automatic Grouping

Updated this week

Fact Grouping now respects your manual work. If you manually modify a fact in any way, it will no longer be automatically grouped. This applies to both automatic grouping and manual “Re-run Grouping.”

A fact is considered edited if you:

  • Create it manually

  • Edit its text

  • Add or remove tags

  • Verify or unverify it

  • Add or delete comments

  • Set or unset it as a Key Fact

  • Modify nested facts within a group

  • Change the main copy in a grouped fact

This ensures that once you curate or refine a fact, your work remains intact and won’t be reorganized by the system.
