The Clients Dashboard

This is the Clients dashboard, your home base in CaseScribe. Each row represents a client your firm is working with.

Adding a Client

Click Add Client to create a new client. This form captures their basic information.

Viewing a Client's Cases

Click on any client to see their cases. Each client can have multiple cases representing individual claims or matters.

Adding a Tag to a Client

  1. Let's add a tag to organize this client. Click the menu and select Edit.

  2. In the edit form, scroll down to the Tags field. Tags help you track workflow status.

  3. I'll add a Priority Review tag. You can select existing tags or create new ones.

  4. Click Save to apply the tag.

Filtering by Tags

  1. Now back on the clients list, let's use that tag to filter.

  2. Click the Tags filter dropdown.

  3. Select Priority Review, and now we only see clients with that tag. This is how tags power your workflow.

Finding Clients with Search

  1. You can also search for clients by name. Let me search for one of our clients.

  2. The list updates instantly as you type.

Wrap Up

That's the basics of clients and tags. Next, we'll cover uploading documents.
