This release delivers major upgrades to AI Chat, making it more persistent, collaborative, and easier to use along with important usability and reliability improvements across documents and facts.
Here’s what’s new and fixed:
1. Improved AI Chat History & Visibility
AI Chat is now fully persistent and shared, so conversations stay with you no matter how or where you access them.
Chat history follows you across all launch points
Ask AI (header)
Case Summary
Filter and Sorts Panel
Closing and reopening the chatbot no longer resets your conversation
Chat history is shared across users on the same case
Share conversations easily by copying a chat link from the three-dot menu
2. New: Tag Facts Directly from AI Chat Results
Organizing AI-generated insights is now faster and more powerful.
Apply tags to all facts linked to an AI response with one click
Use the tag icon in the lower-right corner of the answer
No more manual tagging or searching for AI-generated facts
3. New: Pinned & Resizable AI Chatbot
You now have more control over how AI Chat fits into your workflow.
Pin or minimize the chatbot using the control in the upper-right corner
Keep the chatbot visible in a smaller, docked view while continuing your work
Resize the chatbot window to match your screen and preferences
4. Clearer Visual Indicator for Selected Documents
Document review is now more intuitive, especially when reviewing documents without facts.
The selected document now has a more prominent visual indicator
Improved contrast makes it easy to see which document you’re reviewing
This reduces confusion and keeps you oriented during document review.
5. Fixed: Fact Date Edits Now Save Correctly
We fixed an issue where fact date changes were not saving when typed manually.
Manually entered dates now save properly
No more lost or ignored date edits
You can now edit fact dates confidently using any input method.
We’re continuing to improve both AI capabilities and everyday usability based on your feedback.
If you run into anything unexpected or have suggestions, we’d love to hear from you.
