Why Are Files Not Exporting?
There are several reasons why files may fail to export in CaseScribe. Below are the most common causes and how to fix them.

3. Older Documents (Uploaded Before 7/31/2024) May Not Export Properly
Some files uploaded before July 31, 2024, may not export using "Case Facts and Files + Combined Files + csv/docx/cpf" due to newer CaseScribe features that do not support older documents.
Fix:
Re-upload the documents to ensure compatibility. Or;
Export using “Case Facts and Files + Combined Files + csv/docx/cpf” and manually combine exported PDFs after downloading them separately.
