2026-10-22 Release Notes

This release introduces more flexible Guest Sharing options, giving you greater control over how outside reviewers access your cases, along with a small improvement to fact editing.

Here's what's new:

1. New: More Flexible Guest Sharing

We've enhanced Guest Sharing to make it easier to collaborate with outside reviewers while maintaining control over what they can access and how long their access lasts.

When sharing a case, you can now choose from three access options:

  • Simple View: Provides a streamlined review experience where guests can view facts and documents, search, and export, without access to Ask AI or advanced review tools.

  • All Tools: Gives guests access to the full set of tools available to guest reviewers, including Ask AI, for a more comprehensive review experience.

  • Custom: Allows you to tailor guest access by selecting the tools and features available to each reviewer.

More Control Over Guest Access

You can now customize guest permissions and manage access duration directly from the sharing settings.

  • Ask AI Access: Enable or disable Ask AI for individual guest shares.

  • Access Expiration: Set a specific end date, use the default 30-day access period, or allow access without an expiration date.

  • Extend Access: Easily extend a guest's access when additional review time is needed.

  • Automatic Expiration: Guest access automatically expires on the selected date, eliminating the need to manually revoke it.

These improvements make it easier to collaborate with medical experts, attorneys, and other outside reviewers while ensuring they have access to the tools they need, for only as long as needed.

2. Improved Fact Text Formatting

We've fixed an issue where underlined text could display unwanted characters after a fact was edited and saved multiple times.

Underlined text now retains its formatting, keeping your facts clean and readable.

This update is all about simpler collaboration and greater control over guest access, making it easier to share case information securely while keeping your review workflows organized.
